    Numbers are rough:

    In June 2007 Lynas Corp Ltd had an investor presentation linked below which on slide 32 titled: Crown Polymetallic Resource, which defined the potential of the Crown/Coors/Swan deposit at $50 BILLION metal content.

    Given the subsequent rise of the Rare earth basket prices by >570% since 2005 the theoretical value of Crown deposit must now be >$280 BILLION in ground value.

    In the March 2010 presentation linked below, the Crown Polymetallic Resource is described as World Class on slide 26. Clearly this shows the tenement to be an exceptionally valuable prospect and that money was going into defining its value.
