Actually based on in ground value around 60% of the value of Crown/Coors is in REEs not rare metals. Prices of Niobium etc have gone up very substantially, I don't have the figures as I'm not at the right computer, but its several times as well.
I am a little surprised you weren't aware that Crown isn't a "non-strategic rare metals" deposit as characterised by LYC. They must be doing a decent job at obfuscation if even those who oppose the sale take this part of their story at face value...
