According to the Annual report only 3 of the 8 directors even held shares in COK. (I would definitely prefer to see Directors and especially the Chairman have more skin in the game). Andrew Lawson held by far the most (71 million) and as far as I can see has not reported selling down. He will have to come up with $1.94 million to avoid being diluted.
