. It’s very clear . The receivers take 2 years maybe longer
1. The receivers are paid 1st
. 2. the Secured creditors come next Eg Banks who have security over debts
3. Unsecured creditors come 3rd eg suppliers of goods to the company .
4 Stock holders ( being The Company Owners ) come last and I can absolutely assure you of 1 thing !!!
