I've contacted ASIC on the phone and they have advised they are aware. They said the more forms that are lodged the greater their teeth will grow. My main two points of fraud
- selling NZ factory/land without notifying share holders
- buyiny yummy mummy at $17 million and selling 18 months Iater at $588,000.
Come on people make the effort, contact ASIC or lodge online form complaint.
