@ Moorpett. Reasonable assumptions however IMHO still reckon these guys are more interested in the resource than the (short term) SP so in that case they will want to retain direct control. Further than that I doubt if RIO would want to pay (substantial) overs in taking CSD out and on the other hand CSD does not appear to have a cash problem so no sell tension there. So not saying you are wrong but just have a problem working thru that sort of strategic play. Again IMHO Rio (if interested) more likely to quietly come in after a re-list if they see the opportunity to become a substantial holder - then they would be at the table and able to see where they can leverage their position. No EGM announcement yet so most likely at least 28 days to go plus Easter. Wild card would be any (negative) reaction the money men behind this play have to the way the leader of the free world is heading. If they get spooked they could easily take a short term gain and walk. My bet for what it is worth is the re-list ( if it happens ) will be closer to if not just after EFY but hey I'm very much on the outside looking in. Hope I'm wrong and it gets into play in 29 days time.
