Much appreciated, hm004. All good now. Just received an apology email from Claire. Apparently, they are having some internal IT issues. TAW & GRY seem to be sharing admin functions and somehow my emails weren't being redirected to the appropriate area. My telephone calls and messages seem to have prompted them into action. Will hopefully hear back from someone shortly. Cheers again.
