Well that then begs the question were the board hoodwinked by John Harkins,is he the real deal or a company opportunist? Judging by the way he was summarily dismissed(and coming so soon after the RI)it sounds as though there was some underhand dealings or serious misconduct.Shareholders basically want to know who was responsible.Given the circumstances there must have been some furious discussions between the main interested parties before the TH and frantic, damage control considerations before the dismissal announcement.
