Thats exactly what I have said the other day on here and you adviced me that "company is in well better position now than in 2009 (I was reffering to)'.
I do fully agree they are but unless NASDAQ or a very good announcment comes into place within next couple of weeks not many people will apply for SPP. Simple fact is, I can or could have load/loaded for 29c to 30 c now and dont be picky about a 1c or 2c difference if looking a long term picture.
Managment has to back up SPP with a good announcment otherwise it will fall through just like in 2009. I hope they can see it. And I do agree SP is well undervalued considering its potential...
