Hi berretta!
Yes I sent two messages to Marianna folowing the release of the Half Yearly.
One expressed my dissatisfaction with the convoluted statements about tax and the miserable profit figure reported.
The second quoted a paragraph from the the report and asked for an explanation. (It contained a typo -I presume -which rendered the paragraph qite confusing)

In neither case have I received a reply.

That did contrast with the week before the report when I sent two emails a few days apart requestiing information and did receive "very polite / formal" responses both times.

I think Marianna may be overwhelmed with rather terse or irate emails since the report and decided to place us all on ignore. Which is another point of contention with the company. Who exactly are they there to serve???????
