    OK, I've got to the bottom of this, those figures and the levy you quoted VG was from the Symposium presentation on 12/8/14. These figure were not for the PASS storage, but for the proposed landfill storage. 2 different projects. The proposal was looking at taking over 20m tonnes of landfill waste product.

    I'm not sure if this is still on the future agenda or not.
