I'm comfortable with my answer on your question VG, the levy was mentioned in regards to inert landfill, not PASS, so as far as I was aware the $140/t stands as total revenue.
Any levy that NAG would have to pay hasn't been mentioned in any PASS reference and I would be disappointed if this was an oversight by NAG.
As I said, I'm happy to be corrected if you do get an answer that differs.
