You have computers. You have skills with the written word. You can name the project and this joint venture, and you can spell out the issues you have with this project. Be clear and precise. Write it out in point form if you must, but spell out the problems as you see them if the ECE gain control of Globe to the Malawi Government who are another area that need to give 'approval' to this deal.
Go to this link and there is a contact us link. Click on that at write out your email. Write it out in word first and perhaps copy what you write to the HotCopper boards so that others may do the same or elaborate on your points.
Hunt out for more addresses of the Government that are relevant, other than the Ministry of Energy and Mines. Telephone the Ministry and ask who is in charge and ask for their email. Publish that on HC and get others to write to him.
Be proactive... not reactive after the event. You have until January to do some footwork and rather than complain, get the balls rolling in your favour.
They are your shares after all so guard them with diligence.
