Sorry don't agree onshow. As mentioned the old business plan was going nowhere. Strong direction and focus is required and if that means canning the old revenue strategy then so be it. The whole reason for an upheaval in management was to implement a new strategy. There is no point looking forward and then wasting resources and time on a model you don't intend supporting and additionally potentially confusing the consumer as to what you really represent.

Cutting off the old income stream would not have been an important strategic step when formulating the new business plan. Their task is to be definitive in where they are heading and make it easy for the consumer to compehend. Only then can the company become successful. No doubt still a long road ahead but I personally didn't expect this to come to fruition overnight, unlike some did.
