It's actually quite difficult to keep the old revenue streams open when you do the following:
Terminate the Marketing And Sales team who actually managed to sell products Terminate the whole customer and technical support team Terminate the WHOLE existing R&D Team without Terminate 99% of the people who developed the product and technology (claiming of course that there is no need for them and that the technology has been "transferred")
Disregard, Do not provide support and don't answer emails and phone calls from the existing distributors (particularly in Europe) who were actually 90% (or more) of your previous revenue stream. To be more precise, disregard the distributors who actually have live customers who are interested in purchasing merchandise NOW.
I can go on and on... but why bother.
instead of contacting the company, how about contacting their distributors directly and asking for their opinion - these are the guys that actually do the real work...
Have fun
