What really peeves me, is the fact that they hide behind the very pleasant lady who takes the phone calls and she politely tells you that Ken or Rachel whichever, will call you back? I have tried to contact both of them on separate occasions.

Well, in my personal experience, that was never going to happen! I have speculated about why, but I doubt that it is the Lady's fault, she is just doing her job, but the silly possibility is that she could probably tell you more about what is happening than either Ken or Rachel might be able to anyway.

There is very little value in any of that, I am afraid. No doubt many others have experienced the same underwhelming response.

Maybe they have the odd bad day, perhaps every day? Naaaaaaah, Just a bit reclusive, but definitely not paranoid as well!

Surely not? Really?
