I understand the frustration that has led to the email you sent and how you worded it...but let me give you some advice...if you send them an email such as the one you pasted, you will not get a response. The first two paragraphs contain passive aggressive statements and is close to being blatantly rude. If I was on the other end and received that email, I would delete it. I would not care who you are, top 10 shareholder or avg shareholder.

Ask an educated and well written and polite email, and you might get a response. Just my opinion.
