I got a reply...

Apparently halliburton have one more pen lid to chew through before before signing.
Then mobilization begins, 4 rigs (1 for each targeted interval) drilling 5 back to back hori wells each and that's just for the month of June/July.
During this time they will have completed a comprehensive 3d seismic program of the acreage and a detailed drilling program will be announced mid July.

And you can take that to the bank...
