I interpret the issue of governance a bit differently than you, IMO small oversights like including a logical calculation of the silver values as part of Gold equivalent when they shouldn’t is fine. I don’t see that as a breach that can hurt anyone.

Small stuff like that means that the company is focused on the field program and hasn’t engaged an expensive compliance person that sits in an office to ensure small scale compliance is adhered to....the breach is immaterial.

I don’t think I have ever heard anyone say “well if it wasn’t for their strict adherence to compliance they would never have found that gold deposit”
