hello all .. so no one might miss this .. a new thread..

Spoke with my friend and he said he had a ph call with Rob Meissner on Friday.. and what was discussed etc was ( as relayed to me .. ) ..

1/ the release of 4c after voting cut off at AGM .. Rob was informed that the timing of this without updating SH as much as possible re the Co etc before voting was real bad.. Rob acknowledged the point.. would raise it with the BOD on Monday meeting ( tomorrow ) . He did say 4c is in audit.. "delay" was due to audit completion and it as taken longer than they anticipated.. and the "whole story and look" will be brought up in the Monday meeting.. to cater for this it was suggested that any voting meetings etc in future being scheduled after due dates for Co reporting so this cannot happen again.. noted by Rob..

2/ re the 4c's .. the changing of information or lack of continuity of data provided in the 4c's was discussed.. that being for example one report has something on UK sales/growth.. next one no mention .. and other segments of the business as well.. Rob advised that they don't want to put out too much information as people turn off/get lost/ etc ( short attention focus ) .. that was agreed to by my friend and to counter that it was suggested to list matters in point form to cover as many as possible.. to keep as much info about the Co and whats happening getting out to SH.. and anything of note then use the multi paragraph details for those to expand upon as they like.. Rob noted that and will advise the BOD on this..

3/ re contact with investor services.. Rob was advised that no one seemingly can get through to anyone.. Rob said he would look into the IT link set up with investor services email and as well as that .. he said he would get the email linked to his email so he can see all that are being sent to them. so things should change there ..

thats it..

so .. we wait for I'd say Wednesday for 4c ??? ... or does it manage to pop out earlier .. staying tuned..
