    4 Directors ... not 14 ... all working in the same building ... needing to hold a Board Meeting for a debriefing ???

    Come on lets get real ... this stinks ...

    Based on this now, IMO what we will have is the announcemnt of the AGM ... with the other news following .. so in the meantime .. Hold for a bumpy ride as we have seen some small holders are willing to take losses in this ever uncertain and declining mkt.
