    Contacted Axiom this morning and spoke to Mike Wells regarding the announcement and legal proceedings. He was very confident this will end up in our favour and it was no suprise that it had come to this because Sumitomo have been trying to stop us for a while. We have answered every question asked of us and provided the documentation to back it up. The reason they have made no release to the market regarding this as nothing had changed and the proof had been provided that shows Axiom have done everything right. Evidence will be presented on the 18th.
