Thanks Eyeknow for that information, I knew they (BGF) were the lead manager but not the underwriter - I clearly have to read much more of the fine print (I could not find that information in the SPP document except a comment to the effect that in the case of a shortfall -the right to to try and place any shortfall with SI's (item 6)).

It now begs a question in my mind as to the real purpose of the call. From now on such calls will be treated far differently by me - market intelligence will not be provided by me.

I am not a trader in TON and am happy to wait for a fair return.
