    This is a copy of my email I have sent to APEX today. "The company will ensure that - shareholder communications are distributed to shareholders in
    accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) and
    ASX Listing Rules (Listing Rules).
    Waiting for reply, will post it maybe soon.
    I also placed a complain with ASX.
