I am going to write to the company..as a shareholder..

Does anyone here have any reasonable questions they would like to put forward as a shareholder.
PLEASE MENTION YOUR POSITION WHEN YOU RESPOND...and please only legitimate questions..lets not get carried away with this.

I have my main questions relating to;

Such large purchases of stock, by directors, Particulary Mr Poole who also has associations with other companies, which are also buying stock...though has been for a while there has been no Company announcements of importance.
Is the company aware of any information that it has not announced?

Evidence of large purchases and trade of stock between companies who are known to have some association, in some cases have the same registered addresses as other companies who are also known to have some association?

Is the company still performing within the guidance provided in the last reports? (Can I ask this one?)

Is the company aware of any news, information or activity which is important market information or otherwise that should be announced?
