finance has already been signed and approved by shareholders... shows confidence in esi's future given market conditions... see partners... as someone else pointed out, they wouldn't partner with esi if it wasnt worth it for them... arup alone have spent 1000's man hours on design for 150t plant... deloitte, grant thornton, UK hedge fund (google them), ... all the other partners... REPEAT THIS IS A AMAZING OPPORTUNITY..
