Just because the shareholders have agreed to finance deal at EGM, does not mean that the deal has been done.
The company had to find shareholders to lend shares to financier as part of the deal, i have not heard that this has been done.
As you well know because you were at the EGM, the Board said that it was going to extra due diligence before they signed off on the deal.
We are not out of the woods finance wise until the Board announces that the agreements have been executed by all parties.
I am a little surprised that you are not aware of this if you are a "portfolio manager - credit markets"
