There is very rarely a 'will not' anywhere.

As far as scale goes, FMS has the potential for hundreds of millions of tonnes of this stuff, not 100 or 50 or 30, but hundreds.

That sounds like scope for scale to me. Not many mining companies in australia have a potential multi-hundred million tonne hematite resource.

If the Asian industrial revolution is in place, this company has a good chance of making it to producer.
