We are only in this position because of a testing laboratory's error. The error has been admitted in writing. Why shouldn't everything now return to normal? If it can't - because mud inevitably sticks or something equally deplorable - then CXY surely has a case for damages from the lab. I hope there is enough commonsense to be found in Queensland to ensure we don't have to go down that road.
