When a company consolidates their holdings all holdins are consolidated, by the way consolidation has allready occured. In my opionion it was the only way the company could go as it would not have been able to raise enough money at 3.5 cents or less a share without massive dilution. I wouldn't knock Mr Lennox-Kings contribution as it could be the saving grace of this company. They will need to do a capital raising at around $1.05 a share. Hope that they do a decent one.
