Is there a time frame or plan for the MOU with AGL to become binding?
If an actual association can be established with AGL before the Nov cut off for the $90m grant, it will hold esi in VERY good stead for the future.
I've been searching for the terms of the current MOU but there seems to be no info available. Can someone please post a link to this.
