Context

I have been Surfing through recent Court of Appeal decisions this year and I notied an interesting pattern.

Every decision to allow or dismiss an appeal is SHORT. I'm talking a few pages max. Some are a single page! I'm surprised 4 days per party was allowed at all!

As all the detail was already given in the earlier decision, there really isn't much further to explain ( other than brief explanation of the decision handed down...

I'm no lawyer but as long as there is no error of fact or law, ect , just because another Justice may have arrived at a different conclusion doesn't negate the previous decision? Can any legal eagles confirm this. I advise on employment law so I'm way out of my niche with this civil case...
