The 12 million could have come in any time over between now and the last report.
In that time (before they got the 12 million), they could have had a cash crisis - that wouldn't surprise anyone here, since they're going for high growth, high risk.
So, we have no idea when they borrowed the money in the last quarter.
2 million isn't a huge amount, so I doubt it was for an acquisition.
Most likely it was an unforeseen, what that is, I won't speculate, I'll wait for Gunshow.
