i have emailed Genorah's lawyers Webber Wentzel and wait for a reply re these questions:

1. how did the journalist from Miningmx get a copy of the Concourt correspondence if it was directed only to themselves and Genorah?

2. why did they approached the Concourt with new details re the land ownership?

3. what did the Concourt correspondence actually say? Miningmx only disclosed a sentence.

4. what impact this latest Concourt correspondence will have on the DMR review?



Hopefully they will reply and I will share unless they impose a confidentiality clause.
