jay, read the posts, especially mihal's. There is very little risk involved here.

Upfront payment from EDF trading, who did have undertaken into an agreement they have never done with a SA mid cap.

Ex BHP in Don Turvey. Mngmt team of Mashala moving across, which included another Ex BHP VP, both of whom happen to be friends with head honchos at EDF trading.

Mashala was valued in the 100's of millions (exact price listed by mihal previously I believe) but was sold as a distressed asset as the private owners holding couldnt raise capital.

Conti have had a HUGE over subscription on ALL of their capital raisings, from soph investors, retail investors and on the convertible notes. EVERYONE is throwing money at them to get involved.

The SP is low still as 38 million dollars worth of shares have recently been release and as such, there is a huge churn going on by short term profit takers.

If you want to see the true value, look at how close the options (5c strike price) are trading to the current SP. People who have critically analysed this are EXPECTING a 3-4 fold rise within 6 months and as such are loading up on options.

Sorry about no referencing in this post, but seriously, look through Mihal's posts, many readers here have been trying to find holes in CCC. If you can, please post it here, we are all getting too optimistic and are getting a little bit scared we are viewing this with rose coloured glasses as none of the posters can find anything wrong with this company.

A true value investor has no concerns of the share price in isolation. Its the true value of the company vs the market capitalisation of the company that matters. Whether you own 1million 6c shares of 100,000 60c shares, you own the same proportion of a company.
