contibution tax in smsf

Here we go, I don't post for months, and now I have 2 new posts.


My partner contributes evry month from her company super and salary sacrifice. At the end of the year, would she still have to pay the 15% contribution tax, if we have posted Capital Gains losses on selling shares by the end of the financial year.
