I think this goes to show don's and conti's ambition, confidence and hints at the connections and respect don can leverage off. On the face of it conti should not go here and probably doesn't stand a chance. There are some big names on that list.

But they have. Why? Well I would guess don thinks he stands a good chance. His ambitions are up there with the biggest of them and he has the experience to back it up. I don't think the word no is in his vocabulary.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if conti got some sort of win out of this move as long a shot as it seems - and if they can secure another resource that the big players are after then all I can say is watch out.

Perhaps most here still don't really comprehend how big conti could get with don at the helm - me included! But the more I see of the moves being made the more I start to think we may be only viewing the tip of a very big iceberg.
