contingent conditions

everything these days seems to have a link to time

wait wait wait with the hope of getting what you want

its difficult to convince when so much is riding on contingent conditions

that's what market is fearing at the moment

as the dist.deals are closely tied to FDA approval the perception maybe that if FDA does not come thru the deals will fall by wayside

its been sometime now since submission was made to FDA, The 90 days must be very close to expiring. This is causing fear, anxiety and nervousness amongst investors

in the annual report it was mentioned they are still expecting FDA to be finalized during October prior to this directors bought more options/stock this may be adding some weight behind their confidence on likely outcome. However, panic is driving stock backwards on light volumes.

Does someone know somehting? or is this manipulation by insiders? your thoughts?
