My understanding is that the evaluation period starts from the time they address any final questions from the FDA. I have heard from another investor that this would put the expected response toward the latter part of this month. I for one find it hard to understand the market sentiment at the moment.... Noam Gavriely isn't a novice when it comes to getting devices approved by the FDA...of course you can never say never however I would be extremely suprised if the FDA approval is not delivered unconditonally. Has anyone spoken to Peter Marks or the management team regarding the expected date of response?
