I think you misread that intent of "marketing advanced".

In otherwords there are no advanced deals in the pipeline but as they advance with their marketing initiatives they expect that the contingent resources will come into their own.

I'm actually disappointed.

I think it's shows that we have a big resource but no one to sell it to....troubling. A bit of a desperate sales pitch saying "hey look at us over here"!!

To me no deals in the pipeline even. That's how I've read and I believe how the market will interpret it. But management probably have no other options at this stage then to try market it.
