Agree with both of you ................. but what happens if the JV has closed the most obvious source of the leaks ie the Athena by binding all the crew to a tight non-disclosure statement, am guessing this would be pretty standard on a drill ship but maybe CNE has gone one step further and look at the SP right now, we are at TD and it has barely moved and the number of shares shorted rose by 30% just two weeks ago, all seems very strange to me or am i trying to find something that does exist???
