I'm sure COP have a plan but giving us a bucket load of cash for DJ when they are moving out of offshore exploring is unlikely to be one of them...
Now the JV may decide to let COP become operator earlier if that is what they want will have to see on that one, they made them drilling managers and thats worked well..
There is a good reason for COP, CNE and FAR to get things moving on SNE and that is at the moment Petrosen is being free carried by the three of us...
