How about this for an speculation. FAR and COP really are the ones that get on well. CNE is an outsider not willing to let go of the operatorship. CNE gets voted out on the DOC decision and COP takes over as operator.
COP farms in to DJ not wanting to see the ORA idle; and for a fairly high % of DJ, free carries FAR totally and leaves CNE stranded. This I can see happening cause COP would have the necessary DATA to know the COS of DJ (well you would think with 30 geos working on the project). But they may want 51% of DJ!
