It's just an observation from FAR's map ........ 3 for 1 actually, if you take a look, but as someone pointed out, very edge of structure for Sirius and SNE and would, I imagine, as someone else noted, be conditional on BEL success. Nothing to do with any pronouncement by CNE, though surely, if there is anything in the extended field extrapolations they could not resist such a bargain
