Well I started this thread to stimulate some thought on the contingent program and apart from a bit of side tracking it has largely achieved that and generated a couple of excellent posts and an absolute blinder from Kfann...
Putting all the various comments together and trying to distill it down a bit I have come to the conclusion the JV will drill as many contingent wells as required to reach a DOC on SNE ( one more maybe enough ) and then pack drilling in for several months while digesting data and planning the next round....IMO that would be a fantastic result for the JV should it be achieved...
During the break and while the resources continue to increase the horse trading can begin...
Will miss the back to back drilling if this proves to be the case but exploring just for the sake of exploring doesn't appeal one bit and for all the JV partners it doesn't make economic sense...exploit SNE first then explore.
