Why dont you call Bernard Swanepoel at Village Main Reef and ask him why he invested $8m at 8c per share 4.4c per share above the current market price.
He is a very astute business man I would have thought.I am sure he would have studied the balance sheet, the operations and looked at all of the contracts in place and the structure of the company before he wrote the cheque.
Obviously his due diligence came up with all the boxes ticked for him to invest this considerable amount of money at an equity level with NO security. I would have thought.
