This is a killer product for a neglected business sector:-

Also, has QTL already announced this Health contract?

Further to that, the China contract or a contract with a local telco or a power company getting into telecommunications will make this stock rocket. I cannot comprehend why the market has marked this one so far down but at least it has enormous upside.
