Generally in line with what is already known by clients and the company.

- Some people complain about the social features and ask for them to be disable-able. The company would likely be considering it.
- 20 minute data delay. Clients know it. Company knows. Cost limits it. (I think it would cost the company $20 per customer per month to provide live data on the portfolio page.) Say worst case scenario, RobinHood turns up and gives free ASX brokerage. They too would likely not be able to afford live data, assuming they can even afford to cover the ASX brokerage costs.
- Trading cost, live data cost - his complaints should be aimed at the ASX near-monopoly.
- He thinks SWF is the best of the bunch...

SWF would be planning to improve I'd guess at least half of the issues that have been suggested, so they'll be getting better over time. They just can't all be done overnight.
