i wouldn't be surprised if nst makes a t/o offer for arv, now is the perfect time before any share issue to bolster $$ by arv. nst has cash and a decent sp things that ARV doesn't. Also if the chinese move into arv then nst will have to pay heaps more or miss out.
arv long suffering s/hers will flock to nst cash or scrip imo.
