Have just come across this stock randomly and keen to hear some views from the regulars.
Interesting to note the back-door listing with the change in direction for the company.
What do people know of this asset (Wallawi)? What level of potential is there and where did you access this info? I assume people have crunched some numbers to calculate that tbis will be multiples of where it is currently - to back up their words.
Why are the extra funds being raised (convertible notes) only available to sophisticated investors and why at such a large discount to current share price?
Is the large shareholder Koh driving the change in direction?
Anyway keen to hear some thoughts from the regulars - its been good reading the posts over the past few months.
